Hi

I'm looking for a custom shipping module in OS Commerce. Its quite simple. The company is based in a certain state. Customers within that state receive free shipping over €65. Anything below that is charged at €10 per item. If the customer is located outside of the main state, they must pay €10 per item and no free shipping is given!

My budget is low for this!
