Site design/development

I need assistance in turning an idea into a funky website.

I have a basic brief, some mockups and a ton of enthusiasm and imagination - plus a limited budget!

The site is a combination of community elements, resource reservation, bid/offer, reverse billing by sms and/or integration with payment provider.

Access via Web and WAP/mobile is a requirement, as is PC and Mac browsers.

Have access to Windows / Linux environment hosting environment, with SQL2005/MySQL - your choice. All of the infrastructure is in place.

Need someone with a good eye for design and usability - it really has to look high quality, be easy to use, and keep the user informed. Someone familar with creating and maintaining databases, as well as working with external suppliers for services such as SMS and billing.

The site is basically offering resources which can be booked at a specific date/time, as listed, or for a specific event. A fee can be asscoaited with the booking, or it can be free.

A basic feedback system will be required.

A registration system - with confirmaton - will be required.

An alert system of some kind will be required - could be SMS, Email or a combination.

A summary screen for a supplier will be required, showing resource requests. Calendar type view would be good.

Basic integration into Outlook for bookings would would be a bonus, as would other calendar type programs.

Development and design are required.

A completed NDA will be required before more details can be disclosed.
