100 One Way Permanent Article Links

Area: Wholesale, Consumer Electronics, International business


- NO directory submittals
- All Links must be permanent
- Links must be in 3/4 different text combinations.
- No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, etc..
- Only sites related to Real Estate, Property Investment, Spain / Spanish tourism
- One link per IP/domain
- Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted.
- No more than 25 links per page
- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.).-
- Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.
- All links should be free and not paid links.
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable
- Links must be in text, no graphics, search engine friendly and must be manually submitted. No use of automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
- One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted
- Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink and links should be spread out to point to relevant, category-level pages of the website, not only the home page and should be followed by a short description
- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
- Link Page should be navigated to from the sites homepage.
- No text to mention the links are paid links.
- Sites must be in English language.
- Links must be in place for a minimum of two years free of charge, with the obligation on your part to replace any lost links within this period.
- You will provide in excel format the Site Url, link Url, the IP Address, Google PR.
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
-we will check the articles before starting the submission process
-the sites that used for publishing have on the home page an average PR of 3 +
-all the articles are submitted by hand so the search engines see these one way links appearing normally.
-each article must be posted on a MAX. of 60 different C Classes IP's sites

50% of the Payment will be made upfront.

The remaining 50% of payment will be paid only after the links have been cached by Google.
