Script to merge and import 2 Databases into OS commerce website

This web site has the latest install of oscommerce with a nice number of the best contribs.

The latest version of Easy populate is currently installed.

we need two databses merged and imported.

specifics:

One database is from a manufacturers line of products.

This needs to be merged with another supllier of products from many manufacturers.
All products from the first database (manufacturer) needs to be excluded when databases are merged and uploaded.
