Description

I have a PSD Template I designed in Photoshop and I need to bring it to HTML/CSS, for fast loading. Is a simple design but I do not have the time to do this right now, anyone interested in this project, message me and I will send you screenshot of PSD.

We are always very busy so there will be more projects coming to the right programmer.

I need this done right away so only bid if you have time and are not busy with many other projects. Also, please do not bid if right after I picked your bid, you have to go to bed and finish tomorrow, only bid if you have the time to do this.
