Description

This project is for someone who specializes in digital image processing. I'm in need of someone who can take the recaptcha images (http://www.recaptcha.net), and clean them up (remove lines, background noise, etc).

The requirements are:
1. Take input of image and remove all background noise, lines, etc, leaving just the letters.
2. Break apart images in to the individual letters.
3. Straighten the letters. Basically make sure they are properly vertical as best as possible
4. return array of images for all the letters in the image.

Bidder must use the aforge library for this project, and turnaround is needed to be very quick.
