Description:	We need a function for showing image on the tabCotrol using C# language. The image attached is the imagine picture of the tabControl. The panel should be the tabControl that make us can pick the image tab. And the scroll bar should show when the tabControl is not having enough space to show the image tab. The resize function should have parameter(image, w, h) that image is the path of the image and (w,h) is the width and height that we are going to specify the size. The function must take any photo size and RESIZE WITH ASPECT RATIO down to a small size, depending on the governing height OR width. Can show sample of similar program made before choosing winner.
