Description

Attached are a list of functions needed. This is just a blueprint to give an idea of what is needed. I want a library that can communicate in real time with a unified communications / call manager server. If you have no experience with this cisco phone server, please do NOT bid on this. The library will need to be able to transfer calls, park, unpark, query the internal database for call history, users, etc. (See attached) The library needs to be a .NET 3.5 DLL file (source included) written in C#. If you cannot finish this job in 30 days please do NOT bid on it.
