Description

i urgently need a class that will perform http requests via free proxy servers and put the response html into a string.
prerequisites:
1. must be written in C# .net2.0
2. must use working anonimous proxies - it is your responsibilty to find at least 10 of them (keep them in an xml file or even hard coded)
3. must randomly rotate proxies , another proxy for each request.
4. must work on a site that i need , i will PM interested biders the url.

this is very urgent. i will prefer someone who has already done similar projects. max budget 40$ - half an hour job for someone who has the proxies list and done such things before.
