Description

Standard code to convert short to long urls fails, eg http://is.gd/SbZo, http://www.reverbnation.com/c./poni/4193436

The project should be coded in C# for windows forms. All source must be provided. The code will take a short url and return a long url. When a shorturl already is long, then no change is done.
