We are looking for talented specialists who have at excellent knowledge in the following skill test area:- Microsoft LINQ Programming The task is to write 25 questions that relate only to LINQ programming. Here are the characteristics of this test:- - 5 Multiple Choice Answers for each question - Strength must be medium to difficult (half of each in each theme) The 4 themes are: 1) LINQ Architecture (5 Questions) 2) API Query Operators (8 Questions) 3) Collection Interfaces (6 Questions) 4) Language Extensions (6 Questions) Each theme has 3 minimum multi-select questions and the rest in each theme is Single-Select questions. The Multi-Select questions are where there are several correct answers. The sentence “Tick all that apply” must be at the end of the question text only for these questions. Try to identify good and challenging questions about the environment features. Make sure there is no ambiguity in the questioning. No silly questions like file extensions or “where things are on menus” etc as they will be rejected by reviewers. Feel free to use online resources or a bible to build your line of questioning. Do NOT use WikiPedia. Bear in mind that the Test Taker will have approximately 40 seconds to read and answer each question. Each question must be realistically answerable within this time frame by a LINQ programmer. Test compilation is done online and a link will be provided. This is an easier task than you think. We are interested in applications from all over the world with very strong LINQ skills. Writing 25 questions from good reference material can take only a few hours.
