Description

I need a simple helpdesk system developed using visual studio 2008 and mysql express. The basic requirements are:
- Should support three roles, helpdesk analyst, supervisor, engineer
- Helper tables incl. branch, system component, and questions.
- Questions fields are id (indentity) question text, answer (yes/no), comment and isActive.
- Branch fields are: Branch Code (primary key, assigned), description, address, postcode, city, district, region, phone, fax, workinghours, manager name
- Compnenet fields include id (identity), name, description.
- Should support workflow New, In-progress, Assigned, On-hold, Complete
- Everytime the workflow changes a supervisor should be notified via email.
- helpdesk analyst will raise trouble reports by selecting branch, componenet and answering each isActive question. trouble ticket is in workflow new at this point
- Supervisor will assign trouble ticket to engineer, workflow will change to in-progress.
- Engineer can complete or on-hold the workflow and append notes to the resolution text box.

Hi, I have 4 years of experience in .NET(C#), SQL Server. Also i have well knowledge about 3-tier architectures, Web services, XML and XSD. I am working as a senior software engineer in a private concern. I am working on the migration process. For that I have done windows application which will call the external web services and give you the actual result. Also I am working on a product which is based on financial domain. Here we are using 3-tier architecture. Obviously 3-tier architecture depends on the web services. So I am familiar with web services. I am working on the product. I am working on this project for past 3 years. Actually it is based on financial domain. We are using .NET, SQL Server, 3-tier architecture, Web Services, XML and XSD. Prior to this I have done one project called "Unit testing Tool". It is used to testing the developed code. The input of the application is DLL, which you want to test. From this DLL I will list out all the classes using reflection. After that I will list out the methods based on the selection of the class. You can create a test case and execute it. Using this project you can ensure that whether your code is working properly or not. I am really interested to work on this project.
