Description

I am looking for a nice and good looking vb.net class to print telephone notes (A4). Provided an array of informations your form should fill those informations into corresponding textfields and print it out.

Specifications:

1) Your class constructor must look like this:
Sub printNewNote(userName As String, orderNumber as String, callerName as String, callerTel as String, calledTime as String, results as ArrayList)

whereas results is an arraylist of String(2).
results(0) = Textnote ot the results.
results(1) = Name of the person responsible for it.
results(2) = Maturity

2) If above constructor is called, the form should be created(non visible), filled, printed on default printer and released.

3) results can have any number of items, and result(0) can be a pretty long string as well. In any way the printout of course needs to show all informations, so sometimes a second or even more pages should be added automatically.

4) It should look somewhat nice. I already made this, but mine looks very crappy, design isn't my strength.


Only bid if you understand the project and know how to fullfill the requirements. Payment will be trought milestone payment. 50% on compiled prototype, 50% on source delivery. The specifications above should give you the basic idea, however if you know a better way of printing nice forms from vb, you may alter it, as long as the results are meet.
