Description: We are launching a content portal website based on Telligent's Community Server which is coded in .Net.

Our developers are currently ASP focused, so we need someone for this initial homepage customization and hopefully ongoing on a monthly retainer.

We have the .psd files and the design complete, we simply need someone to configure the homepage to look how we want and potentially to work with us on further customizations.
