Description

Changes are required to an exisitng C# application which shows a window allowing the user to select which files to process, and then processing those files.

The original (input) file is:
Request_Form_1.xls

The output files are:
Request_Form_1_20090427152702.xls
Request_Form_1_20090427152702.txt

An in-depth knowledge of the processing is not important at this point, as it will not change much.

We need to change the application so that it outputs the data to a grid before saving to a file (This is because, in certain circumstances, the user is asked whether processing should continue - currently the data is saved directly to file).

A tab should be added to the application window. On the first tab will be the existing list box. On the second tab will be a new list box and a process button. The information put into the list box on the second tab will be the same as that which currently goes to the output file (plus a new column).

The new column is called "Field Flag". I will describe how the data is stored in the database to the winning bidder. The application will need changing to retrieve this value just as the other values are currently retrieved.

The new requirement is if an item has a value for Field Flag, then the user needs to be shown the output grid (on the second tab, as described above). They then have the option to unselect any row(s) before continuing or just to cancel the process totally.

If no items have a value for Field Flag, then the processed data is saved to file, as it currently is.

Also, a small bug fix is required to fix how some block numbers are split - this code is working 95% (just a small change).
