Description: Hi,

I look for interface (libraries) to communicate between MetaTrader 4.0 Server and C# (or Java to depend if it's more easier). We would like to be able to :

- Receive Tick by Tick datas (by currency pairs)
- Retrieve account informations.
- Order management. Add, modify and cancel orders.
- Finally, enable to retrieve Historical datas to initialise ours indicators at startup.

As MetaTrader doesn't provide COM objects or Java JAR to access MetaTrader Server (only C++ DLL I think) ...

I'm not enough familliar with C++ and not enough time to learn it. But I'm already Java and C# familliar.

If you can give me an estimate.

I'm not real excited about doing anything for $1500. But if they already have a C++ interface, I can put it inside a .NET wrapper for $1500 up front. I did this a couple times like six months ago for some video stuff, and I basically learned how to do it with some books that explain it very clearly. I also have worked with C# interfaces to Interactive Brokers and Bloomberg, so I know what types of functions are in a trading app. So I am confident I can do it pretty quickly, I just don't like the hassle of small projects. My typical project size is like $15,000. Also, the speed with which I can do it depends partly on when you respond. If it were my only project I could do it in two days. The requirement details porvided is not enough to make a genuine estimate.However let me make a bid on the problem statement that I am providing below. The C++ dll thats is being provided needs to be wrapped in c# which will provide an interface.This can later be exposed as a webservice too. Please contact me for more detailed discussion.
