I am looking for an expert to write me an application in .net (VB.NET preferred, fine with C#).

This application should be written in windows form or asp.net, its function is to retrieve data from a website (I will tell you more detail later), the website is basically a map with some dropdown lists and textbox, user can move the map, the map will display some findings(point of interests - POI) based on the dropdownlist selection - which essentially defines an area in the map. When user is interested in any POI, he can click on the POI and get a popup for that POI, the popup is quite simple, number plus picture, some POI might have multiple pages in the popup. what I need is to export the information of all the POIs + their information, I want the application have same dropdownlists + textbox so I can mock up the website, I want all the result (text + picture) be outputted to an external data source like Access or SQL.
