This site is ASP.NET C#

We are assisting a new client with their website (We have just taken over their site). It appears as if their Contact Form was never completed and is not sending the submission to their email address.

The site is live. The form is displayed on the page, but I do not know what code has been written for the form.

I need to get this resolved today if possible.
