Description

Attached is a Visual Studio .Net 2003 C# code that imports users from a CSV file to Active Directory.

I need this to be compiled as windows 2003 service that checks every 60 seconds if the import file is in the specified path.

If it find the file it launches the import process, and after that waits again 60 seconds, and so on.

This should be compiled as a Windows 2003 Service.

It should be a very easy job for someone that knows how to compile a VS 2003 C# code as Windows 2003 service.

I need the source code back, including the executable.

I will choose the first bidder that can provide me the project with instructions how to install the service.
