Description: I have a .NET Calendar application(source code) that needs various modification/additions. This calendar will operate beside an application written in ASP, and need to receive data from the ASP application.

1. Need to add 10 fields to access database
2. Need to send 1 to 10 querystring variables to the .NET app, have the .NET app set these as session variables to be used as needed.

3. An options page to define/capture the querystring variables, add/update/delete to database field, define page label(that shows on calendar), a checkbox to allow "show" in main body of calendar, and define a hyperlink.

4. There are pages currently - Add/Edit/View....Need the values of entries to show in those pages.

5. Define on the options page, and "Include" to include a Header.
