Description: I need a simple tool written in ASP.NET where someone can upload a graphic, and save associated information with it (name, title, link).

Back end, I already have a database table and stored procs, a business logic layer including generic classes.

Front end, I already have an existing design.

I need someone to create the UI on the page and hook up with the back end, and do some minor debugging.

If the successful applicant performs well, there may be some other development and debugging work required so good C# skills are essential.
