Description

I need a small vb.net programm that helps with memorizing abbreviations. Whenever a user writes a word, where an abbreciation exists, a small ballon tip should be attached on the mouse pointer to remind him of the existing acrynom.

e.g.:

User writes: "Rückruf" and the ballon tip appears showing "Rückruf = RR"

1) Acrynoms must be loaded from a file, e.g. csv or xml.
2) Abbrevations are only needed in emails, so the ballon tips should only appear if Outlook has focus.

Payment will be made throught getAFreelancer milestone payment, once the source has been confirmed by me.
