Description

By bidding on this project you agree to the following:
1. After payment for services this script must be owned by me only including all resale rights!
2. You guarantee this script is your own and not owned by someone else!
3. Script must be in ASP.Net VB or C# (both if not to much more)
4. All of your code will be documented in English and easily integrated with CSS for quick modifications and layout changes to the site.

How the script should work:

Someone should visit the site that this script is hosted on and enter a domain name: "domain.tld"
click on a button or hit the enter key.

It should return:

1. Page rank of the site entered with "/pagerank-icon-#.png/.jpg"
2. A list of all backlinks for this domain with page rank for each of these domains.
3. Add the domain to the top of the last 500 searches unless it is already on the list, then it should leave the current placement in tact. (I want a list of the last 500 searches listed on the main page with a link to the site searched and the proper page rank icon.)

It should also cache this information for X amount of time to save on Internet usage. This script should be optimized to be as fast as possible!

I would like a quote on how much to make this a paid service that utilizes PayPal & authorize.net payment gateway. This would require that visitor pay $XUSD for this service after X amount of searches within X amount of days, it should track the user by cookies and IP or other methods at your suggestion.

A back-end control panel would be neat but a simple config file would also work just fine.

I do not need a designer I only need the code, all graphic design work for this project will be done in house.

I'm welcome to suggestions on this project but it must meet the above requirements at a minimum.

In my opinion this is a small script project but I'll take any realistic bids in the 100-1000 range. I will ignore cut and paste bids, please real comments specific to this project so I know your not just a cut and paste person.
