Description: I need a one page ASP.NET(VB.NET)page which has 3 dropdownlist like the one on this link

As you can notice, the three dropdownlist refreshes internally without refreshing the wholepage. I need a page like that,I am willing to pay
ONLY usd 35.00 only, you can use access or sql 2000 db.
