Description

I am looking for someone to create a windows api using .net that can do the following:

1) Create gmail accounts from imported text files containing firstname, lastname and a list of proxies.

(something like this http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/E-mail/Mail-Utilities/StartHere-Software-GMail-Account-Creator.shtml)

Full proxy support is important so it only creates while useable proxies (from the imported lists) exist.

Setting pop3 and autoresponer will be included.

2) Incorporate a supplied decapture API
(versions available are C, VB6, VB.Net, DLL)

3) export an "insert ignore into..." sql file to populate a simple mysql dB with the accounts created.
