Description

Need a windows-based database application preferably built on .NET platform. User-friendly, good GUI design and free of logical errors.

Need installer as well as full source code with proper comments, describing each line of code properly.

User-Case: A team of three to four freelancers is working on outsourced projects. Project Manager needs to manage all their four accounts/transactions. Details of projects; won, completed or bid on should be managed properly for future reference and analysis. The details of outsourced projects should also be managed so the performance of outsourced can be analyzed as well. Also, the record of all the payment transactions should also be managed for future reference so monthly or yearly reports can be generated.

It is simple software but I need to have a complete analysis done before starting working on this. So, suggestions, architecture or demo is must with the bid. Selection of the bidder will be based on the sample provided by him/her with the bid.

Pre-attempted but similar solutions are also welcome.
