Description: A simple script that will check for certain attributes of Windows Server 2003 and will then output a HTML report.

Example, the script will look for some of the following attributes.

1. Is the page file greater than 4092 - yes / no
2. Is processor scheduling set for background services - yes / no
3. Are certain services stopped (list to be provided) - yes / no

There will be a list of about 25 items that can be queried from the registry.

Script must be compiled and launched from and exe
Script must be well commented
Code must be well written, structured
Error handling must be included
HTML report must be well presented and formatted with logo's
HTML report must have the option to print
Report violation

This should be a pretty easy script as I have written this on many different occasions for our quality control. In my previous role as a server admin I wrote the script in VBscript to what you are requiring, but I can whip this up for you easily in .Net.

Is .NET really a necessity? Your script would be more portable if it were just a good old *.js or *.vbs shell script for windows. Anyway, this script won't take long, if we do it the non-.NET way. It's just not necessary.
