Description: Required to develop a .NET Windows module that will be integrated into an existing application. You will be required to create a module that allows users/groups to be created and methods to be created so that when a button/display/other calls the method it will send back if that user can read/write/execute on that button/display/or other component.

Create a scheduler that will based on a time given schedule a task to run. For example a user creates a 6pm task to run method A and the scheduler will run at 6pm and run method A.

Create a parser. From a text file read the file and parse out the required information into a table.
