Description
SMS ApplicationI have a requirement to create an SMS application. Must be completed within 2 weeks. I am looking for long term support and further product development.
The SMS solution (server based) will send SMS appointment information based on date triggers to recipients.
I will be using a third party SMS API to send SMS which will require integration.
The program should be able to send SMS based on appointments or bulk sending from a list of numbers. Should also be able to import numbers from third party lists like excel, outlook and other ODBC connections.
I also want to be able to produce stats etc.
The program should also be able to store inbound (replies received) SMS. The third party SMS sender will send the (inbound) SMS via some means which we have to store and generate triggers for based on certain key words in the SMS.
The SMS application should use a MS SQL database to store all transactions. The appointment information will be loaded for a separate database using ODBC at regular intervals.
I would prefer a .net solution.

I will not consider releasing part payment of the project. The full payment will be escrowed and will be released on completion of the project in accordance with the full project brief.
