Description

I am trying to create a succesfull cashback website, and I need either individuals or a team to do the following for me:

-Create a very professionally designed website that is very easy for me to edit and update.
-Be able to create a members-only section for my website
-Be able to create some kind of software to track which members have done what.
-I will be able to sign up with all of the affilite programs, so this is not an issue.
-Be able to generate at least 75 valid signups to my site (I will pay $5 per valid signup.) Please pm me for info on what I mean by a 'Valid' signup.
Please only bid if you can work very fast and can provide quality work, as you will not get paid until I see a finished website, with the signups. I would very much like the site to be done within 7 days or less, if this is possible. Also,I would like to see a demo of your work if this is availible. I can pay you through either paypal or GAF, but keep in mind that the funds for my payment to you would mostly from the revenue generated by the site. I am willing to pay you $3800 at most for this whole project. Thanks very much and happy bidding!
