This website is top on searches for Commercial Loan Quotes and similar terms. I want to compete with it for Commercial Mortgage Leads. I also want a page on the website similar to http://www.steelheadcapital.com/rates.asp which gives commercial rates for all property type lending.

I would like the website to be updated with commercial financing rates and terms and additional information. I would like to manage the website once it is established and be able to retrieve the commercial mortgage leads it has generated. I want an optimized search engine that I can continue to invest in after the initial build to create even more leads.

What projects have you done, experience and related work is my number one heavy. What would be the time frame for this project?
