Description

We need to build a Soccer retail website at www.thenextlegend.com. The sites main purpose will be to increase retail sales as well as provide a user specific shopping experience for Teams. We sell soccer equipment to teams and would like players to not only submit their uniform orders through the site, but upsell t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and etc to the players as well as their parents that are team specific.
The retail part of the site needs to be integrated with our store inventory. We utilize Keystroke Point of Sale software to manage inventory so we need be able to to update inventory to the site on a daily basis. Details may be found at their website(http://www.keystrokepos.com/). One possibility would be to use UPC codes and build an excel file each night that would add and subtract inventory. We will need the ability to tag photos and attach them to UPC codes so we do not have to re-upload photos everytime we replenish inventory.
The Team sales pages should link off the main site and allow customers to enter the site with a username that makes the products user specific. Once they login they can shop product that we have set as specific to that "Team" or user. We need the abiltiy to customize these pages on the back end so products have logos specific to that user. There will be some products that will overlap to different Teams, so the ability to make them avaiable on more than one "Team" site would be neccessary. We will need an Admin area that allows us to upload Team logos and choose what products are avaialble to each Team.
As for the user side we would like to register users and in some cases they may need to be able to associate with multiple teams. We would the ability to send emails to notify them of the upcoming season and sales. We would like the ability to extract these users contact info into an Excel file.
