Description
I would like a website very similar to www.heathermosher.com and www.andreashirey.com, which are obviously using the same template. I love the white background with simple lines. I want my site to be clean and fresh with the focus on the photos. When the website is typed into the browser it will take you to the main page which will have the title of the site at the top of the page in the center and 3 square photos in the middle of the page going horizontally. Clicking on any of the photos or clicking the “Click here to enter site” button, located beneath the photos, will direct viewers to my home page.The home page will have navigation across the top with the following pages: home, galleries (which will feature a drop down box with all galleries to choose from), details, rates, Brienna, Contact, Specials & News, View your Proofs
The home page will have a slideshow going in the middle of the screen set to music.
Galleries will be selected from a drop down box from the navigation tools. Gallery titles will be: senior portraits, families, kids, weddings, pets, portfolio favorites
Each gallery will have square thumbnails on the right side of the screen. A slideshow will start automatically of all photos in each gallery but can be stopped so that the viewer can control which image is enlarged. Arrows pointing up and down will allow viewer to move forward or backward through the gallery. All galleries should be protected so that viewers are NOT able to right click and save images to their computers.
The details, rates, Photographer, Contact, Specials & News pages will all have text on one side of the website with a photo on the opposite side. Up and down arrows will accompany text so that if more text is added viewers can scroll down to view it all. All pages should keep the navigation options at the top of the website.
The “view your proofs” page will have text with a link to my smugmug site for clients to view their proofs. The smugmug site is LINK and by clicking on this link a new window will open to this site. There will also be one photo on this page opposite the text and link.
The “order” page will give customers the option of submitting their photo orders to me through the website. A form will come up with a box for Customer Name, Phone Number, Address and Email Address. Beneath the contact information will be horizontal rows with Image Number, Size, Quantity, Comments for the customers to fill out. At least 10 rows should be available. At the bottom of the page will be a submit button which will send this form to my email, thus submitting the customer’s print order. I would like to be able to easily disable this page, if I find that this option is not working well with customers.
The “Contact” page will give viewers the option to put in their email address, name and phone number with a message, which will be sent directly to my email address.
All galleries and photos should be very simple to upload images to, so they can be changed and updated frequently. I would like to simply upload the images and have them automatically resized to fit the site requirements. Music should also be easy to upload with the option of up to 3 different songs.
I would also like the option to easily add a page to the navigation.
The background of the page will be white. Other colors may be used for lines and titles, but should be kept clean and simple. I like black, blues, and greens. Swirls or small flowers in a pale color may add to the site but I do not want any overlapping on the photos or distracting. I like some of the flowers on www.photobiz.com/webtemplates. Under designer I like 01 Santa Barbara, also 10 L.A. (I like the lightness of this one but not the color) and 13 Savannah I like the colors.
Would prefer this site to be developed using .Net and SQL Server if needed a database. I have hosting and have SQL server availability.
There should be an Admin site to be able to add/update/edit Pages and Page content via some type of Content Management System. The Photo galleries should resize images on upload, and be easily editable, to add/update/remove images. There should be the option for multiple galleries, and ability to sort galleries by Posting date, or Image Description.
