Description: The project should be stright forward - but my last attempt to have it done on this site failed - as the freelancer chosen could not deliver...!

The proect is to create a website - that is very similar to HotorNot.com. There is a few important differences in the way it should be used - an dthe design of it.

I have a site description document - a rough sketch - with screenshots/mockups of what the site should look like.
It should be able to:
- upload pictures in any format, that are transformed into a standard site size and format
- user login with user interaction
- search
- complete admin login

All bids will be considered and given a fair chance. Design and usability is important. Please give references to previous built sites or projects.
