Description

I own a new forum and would like to install a banner and text ad rotator to the head and tail part of my forum. Also i would like to have a referal link for my members.Good scripts from installers are welcomed as long as it can be simply managed through admin area.

I need a good programmer who can do this and would like to retain if satisfied.
