Hi,

I'm looking for a professional team to work on a project that is of a slight adult nature (escort industry).

The site has already been written and I require new features and maintenance that will run over over a long period. I have other projects as well so the right team could be provided with quite a lot of work.

The key skills required are:
- Asp.Net 3.5
- SQL Server
- Good OO design, pattern knowledge
- Unit Testing (NUnit)
- Asp.Net MVC
- Linq to SQL
- CSS (you'll need to chop up provided PSDs into html/css)
- JQuery
- Subversion

Other nice to have (I'll look more upon providers who have these skills as well):
- Rhino Mocks
- DI/IoC with Spring.Net
- NHibernate

You must have the core skills above, in particular I'm looking at moving parts of the site over to Asp.net MVC, removing the current nasty url re-writter and using the routing framework. So experience of this is essential.

Please don't reply if you do not meet my criteria or say that you are willing to learn. I need someone ASAP with the correct skills.

Work will be broken down into small iterations which will require pricing and timescales. Delivery will be for a known set of tasks at a set price. The first set of tasks will take approx 2-3 weeks and I need someone who can work full time during this period, no part timers or workers doing "jobs" on the side please.

Please respond detailing your skills, I will concentrate and respond straight away to those that match all the skills and in good particular asp.net mvc knowledge coupled with everything else.

Also please let me know your hourly rate (important!)
