Good day! We have already designed Alarm System. The system has Input modules, LED modules, Output modules and Master module. Several sound signals are also generated, when an alarm occurs. These modules are connected in the network. Data between different modules is transferred by RS-485 bus. In this case distance between different modules can be up to 1km. Optionally wireless connection is also available. All the information about sensors is transferred to the central unit (Master module) and displayed on the panel (LED module). It is important, that all modules have their own, unique address. The Alarm System is modular. Therefore it is possible to build a network as wide as you need. Primary that system was designed for a company, which installs fire alarm systems in buildings. But it easily can be adapted for other applications. It is also possible to adapt the system for analog signal processing (for example, temperature measurement and so on). For more detailed information we can send a description of the Alarm System. I have developed network enabled access control system. The network of my system is CAN so it is much better and stable than the old rs485 communication standard, and i found that it is perfectly fit in security systems area.
