Front office : central POS, waitress with PDA

Back office : inventory & provisioning management

Profit margin, mercurail lists, product material cost

sales analysis

CRM with emailing option

accounting with french standards IFRS
user interface preferably in french

Providers should have experience with restaurant management we will supply more details later
