Description

We have a files along with css and images. We want a Microsoft style tab menu in our wizards exact like office.microsoft.com Also, another reports needs to be reformatted too.

Summary of the task:
1. Re-create a Microsoft style tab menu in our wizard like office.microsoft.com
2. Re-create a professional form.

All the files will be supplied. You only have to make changes to the existing css file.

I think, it wont take more than an hour for the professional designer.

Our budget for the project is $15-$30.
