Description

I need a custom image resizer method built to resize and crop images dynamically based on my requirements below:

1) The images will be pulled from a URL and NOT a local directory.
2) Process the image and get the width and height of the image.
- If the height is greater than the width and height is greater than 225px
- Resize the image down to a height of 225px and proportion the width automatically.
- Else if, the width is greater than the height and the width is greater than 225px
- Resize the image to a width of 225px and proportion the height automatically.
- Else if, the height less than 225px
- Do Nothing to the image for now
- Else if, the width less than 225px
- Do Nothing to the image for now
3) Take the image from step 2 and crop it down to 80px by 80px.
- If width greater than 80px and height greater than 80px
- Calculate the center 80 x 80 pixels and crop it. (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Save the cropped image to the local server.
4) Create another size of the image from step 3.
- Simply resize the image down to 36 x 36 pixels and save it as a second image on the server.

The images should still maintain a very good quality and I think that can be done with the following:

image.CompositingQuality = CompositingQuality.HighQuality;
image.InterpolationMode = InterpolationMode.HighQualityBicubic;
image.SmoothingMode = SmoothingMode.HighQuality;

Please only respond if you can accomplish EXACTLY what I'm looking for.
