Description

I'm needing someone to take a designed website template (only in PSD format currently) and "cut it" into HTML. I have the homepage, and 3 content pages already designed. I need you to bring it to life, and attach a x-cart shopping cart onto the back-end.

Please look at the functionality of www.mantishockey.com for an idea of the level of sophistication I am looking for. I need the main links on the page to have stunning image roll-overs like the ones on the site above.

I also want the website to be able to play YouTube videos from the homepage.

Please outline how you plan on completing the project in a PM.
