I. Mutilevel Network type
a. Uni-level , 15 levels
b. Only the immediate up line gets the sign up commission of their direct referral
c. Repeat purchases discount to members
d. Repeat purchase commissions for 15 levels up
e. Monthly bonus for each member for every 5 sign ups
II. Implementation
a. Programming Language:

b. Integration:
i. Web Control to be placed inside existing pages
ii. Membership to be integrated into existing asp membership table
c. Two types of registration online:
i. Registration done anonymously via homepage
• Anonymous registration will need to complete a membership purchase (must be linked to our existing shopping a cart)
ii. Registration done inside one of the logged-in registered members. This automatically place their recruit directly below them
• Registration within a logged in account need not require a purchase, rather the transaction will be marked as inactive, and needs to be reactivated by (a) an administrator or (b) a distributor.

a. Able to activate a pending membership, this results to inventory adjustments of their membership kit
