I am looking for a web design to development an layout for our site.

the site should include the following sections

ABOUT US
UPCOMING EVENTS
AUDIOCLIPS AND VIDEO CLIPS
PHOTO GALLERY
SHOPPING CART TO INCLUDE AN OSCOMMERCE

I found the following site http://www.ginadarby.com/ and i like the layout

It should have bold print and graphics. Colors like dark reds, orange, browns and yellow. International flair and classy.
