Description

I am creating a website which requires a multi-level drop down menu. I have provided a layout that shows how I would like the menu to appear.

I have also included a document that shows the text for the menu and the html template, but cannot do the programming to make the levels of the menu appear as required.

I would prefer if it could be added to the template, so I do not have to add it to each page, but if that does not work, please let me know. Also if the budget is not enough, please let me know.
