Description

I have a small and simple error with a perl script when I try and run it on the server:

Software error:

CGI open of tmpfile: Read-only file system

I think it is trying to use the wrong directory and need perl to use /tmp as the directory to store temporary files.

I need a freelancer who has a very good understanding of perl and can speak fluent english.

This shouldn't be more than a 10 minute task for a skilled perl programmer.

Since you don't necesssarily know perl enough to fix it, I can't trust your judgement, however, if it is as easy as you say, then I will drop the price significantly.
