SBS 2003 to server 2008 & exchange 2007 migration.

Small start up company needs to move its users + computers from SBS 2003 to Standard server 2008:

Scope:
I’m an IT amateur that managed to turn my old Pentium 2.4 computer into a SBS 2003 server last year. Now with a few employees and little time we see the need to move to server 2008 and Exchange 2007 for both stability and redundancy.
In the middle of this project we ran out of time and …will-power to learn all about those group policies which are set up already in SBS 2003.

We have an sbs 2003 server with exchange which needs to be moved to a Dell 2850 64 bit with exchange 2007. A second server will run under the same domain with a SQL database and ACT!

What has been done so far:
1x Dell 2850 running server 2008 64 bit with exchange 2007 64 bit –running stable
1x Dell 2850 running server 2008 32 bit with Sql accounting program, Act! Installed

What needs to be done:
Rebuilt Active Directory in 2008 with user information from the old server.
5-8 user accounts + mailboxes
Set up to include
OWA
OMA
Direct Push
Terminal Services & ( Remote App if possible )
1 web site (to be moved, already buildt 5 pages asp )to be made functional again after the move
Proper security & group policies.
Implementation of anti-spam + virus protection for servers + client computers.
Roaming profiles
Logon scripts etc
Come up with a back up plan & implementation.
Move 7 client computers to new domain + ensure that future clients can easily be added.
General help with best practices.

All servers+clients can be reached by remote desktop
