** This is long term work opportunity

Seeking expert web designer with web 2.0 design skills and good resources for web icons, stock photography, buttons, etc. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is also required for this bid to prepare slices after design.

Task is to Design and Slice 50 + Similar Lead Generation Websites containing 7 pages each. The 1st Main Site has already been designed and will be used as guideline for the additional sites. please see .jpg file attached

Each website will be the same format which means that all pieces of the site which makes 1 page has to remain in the same relative position of the screen, but NOT exact. This was planned out so that certain components remain above the fold or below the fold.
"Above the fold" is a graphic design concept that refers to the location of an important news story or a visually appealing photograph on the upper half of the page. Each website should just be different in colors, icons, pictures, theme, and logo. The designer should work within these boundaries however does have freedom to be creative and to express talent using the latest web 2.0 techniques.

After website has been designed and approved, designer should upload .PSD files to project management system & begin slicing the design to prepare HTML and CSS

Requirements for slicing

- XHTML/CSS that is Tableless and W3C Compliant
-Must include Title and Meta content information
-Must be compatible with IE 6/7 FF 2/3 Safari / Opera
-Must make the right choice of using PNG, JPEG or GIF's where necessary.

After websites have been prepared designer should upload CSS and HTML to project management system. If you have read to this point and understand the above you must include the words great success in your bid to show understanding. Requirements for Bid

-Must be available Monday – Friday (Weekends is big + ) for text chat on Skype and voice chat if necessary
-Must be punctual and meet deadlines
-Must speak English or Russian so we can communicate
-Must communicate progress for each website as often as possible via project management software which we use to keep organized.

BID

You are bidding on a per site basis to design and to slice, in your bid please also include expected length of time to design and slice each site in addition please post URL 3-5 URL's of your best work or portfolio.
