I need frotn end and back end customized application it will have to follow basic principles and customized behaviour we wish the app to work in pc desktops as well.

I will require an NDA signed and also I will require a 10 page document allowing me to understand that you understood the project as well a database base design proposal.

This system will be somehow similar to yelp.com but with a tweak more efficient. Also for your information we will have an iphone simulator that you can use to text look and feel but pretty much the iphone reads html and does all the magic and trick to adapt any webpage to the iphone.
