Description

YOU NEED TO HAVE CONSTRUCTED AT LEAST 5 COMMUNTIY SITES. OTHERWIS DO NOT BID.

Please only sumbit a bid if these sites have been using a framework for which you can use modules that you can reuse for other sites.

Requirement to ensure quality:
-you need to have done a social community before (the more the better)
-you need to show me part of source code and file structure in order for us to be able to see if you have high standard
- it needs to be modular and object oriented.
- it needs to be multilanguage.
- Nothing hard coded.

We provide you with PSD file for all pages and with CSS and html for almost all pages.
