Description

Ok, I dont know if this is possible as I am only familiar with HTML and do not know enough about CSS.
I have an HTML template with Javascript in it that I use for my listings on ebay. I want this tepmlate to be coverted to CSS so I can have several .css files containing various parts of the HTML, like TITLE, ITEM-DESCRIPTION, PHOTOS, PAYMENT-TERMS, POSTAGE-TERMS Etc. This is so I can ammend any part of the Description or photos or terms in the .css file which will automatically show up in the listing.
In basic terms, if I change one of my photos in photobucket, as long as I keep the same image name, it will change in all the listings with that photo in it.
I hope this isnt too confusing.
Oh and I need to know where I can host the .CSS sheets externally.
Copy of template has been uploaded.
There must be no restrictions on the use of this CSS, I need to be sole owner. Budget is tight at present but I dont think it is too hard work for someone who does this stuff all the time.

Maybe I was a bit hasty when saying I want CSS.
Maybe its not, what I want is externally hosted text files that can be picked up by the html and loaded into paticular area preset in that webpage. This way I just have to edit the text file and changes will appear in every listing, without having to edit hundreds of listings everytime I want to change something.
